The competition Next Top Metaverse Build<\/strong> is designed to challenge architects, designers and 3D developers to create virtual infrastructures in categories such as buildings, museums, NFT galleries, casinos, etc. As such, the competition buildathon<\/strong> will be a great way for designers and creators having fun on The Sandbox to showcase and demonstrate their design skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the competition work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Sandbox does not only participate in the The Next Top Metaverse Build contest<\/strong>. They are also donating tokens SAND worth US$100,000 to the event, becoming one of the competition's partners among other big names in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of our goals is to support the next generation of metaverse entrepreneurs<\/em>.<\/strong> By joining The Next Top Metaverse Build competition, we are not only improving the skills of our designers, but are encouraging the metaverse ecosystem as a whole to up its game.<\/em><\/p>S\u00e9bastien Borget, co-founder of The Sandbox<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Registration is now open and you can register, alone or in a team, and turn in your project until March 31, 2022. Detailed tutorials and information about the competition<\/strong> are available on the website of Next Top Metaverse Build<\/a>.
The jury will make its selection during the first week of April and the finalists will have to make presentations of their virtual creation between April 8 and 10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will be competing to win a number of prizes. These include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
